FAQs Deliveries / Returns
Despite the worldwide Coronavirus pandemic our warehouse is continuing to work as normal. However there are significant postal delays in various countries so we ask you to bear with us at this difficult time .
COVID19 has grounded many flights / limiting airline space, causing many issues and delays for the postal industry sending packages to the US. Certain postal operators have suspended services and returned items to us, forcing us to find alternative solutions, which we have done.

When will my order be sent out?
We aim to mail out all magazines within 1-2 working days after your order. At periods of exceptional demand, this may take a few days more. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
Can I change my address details?
If your items haven't shipped yet just email email@example.com and we will change the address for you.
Has my order shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure it doesn't go into your Spam.
You can also check your order's status at shop.rocksound.tv/account if you have set up an account.
How long will it take to arrive and can I track my order?
All magazine / bundle orders over a £12.50 product cost are sent via tracked mail. For orders under £12.50, the Royal Mail service includes delivery confirmation but not full tracking. This means that the link provided will say Sender Preparing Shipment until the item is delivered. Orders can arrive sooner but please allow around 10-14 working days for UK-based orders, 2-4 weeks for European, 5 weeks for US / Canada and around 6 weeks for the rest of the world.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our products are bespoke with limited quantities and due to Covid we're not able to accept returns or exchanges of clothing.
We don't ship partial orders. If you placed a pre-order at the same time as an item already in stock, all items will be sent when the pre-order is released.
What can I do if my order arrives damaged?
Everything we send out is in mint condition but on very rare occasions the items can be damaged in the post. If this happens please send a photo of how it arrived and we will replace the items for you
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to all over the world so almost certainly yes. Please contact email@example.com if you have any queries.
Custom and international import charges
Shipments sent outside the United Kingdom are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
What is the conversion rate to my local currency?
Our pricing is in £ sterling but on the home page, there is an indication of what it will be in your local currency. However, the exact conversion will be implemented by your card provider so there may be some slight variation.
